⚔️Halls Of Odin⚔️ is a small, friendly chat community. Rooms you can walk into, cameras and mics if you want them, music and games to share, and a page of your own. No feeds, no algorithm, just people hanging out.

What's in the chat
Cams and mic
Every room can have live cameras, a mic-only mode and screen sharing. All of it is optional, and plenty of people just type. Rooms cap the number of live cameras so everyone's connection stays smooth.
Jukebox
The jukebox is a shared player for the room. Search for a song or video, queue it up, and everybody listens in sync while you talk over it.
Game arcade
Start a retro game from inside a room, take a seat as player one or two, and let the room watch. The game can pop out into its own window, and controllers work.
Soundboard
Each room has a soundboard of short clips anyone can fire for the whole room. You can also pick your own sound for new messages and private messages.
Polls
Not sure where to eat, what to play, or who is right? Start a poll in the room and let everybody vote. Polls are new and still being finished.
Messages and friends
Send a private message to any member, add friends, and see which of them are online from the members' hall. If someone bothers you, Ignore them and they disappear from your side of the site.
Profiles
Every member gets a page of their own: a picture, a headline, songs, photos, a wall your friends can write on, social links, a Now/Currently list, an Ask me box and a look you design. You decide whether it is shared with other members or private.
Page Studio
Page Studio is where you build your profile page. Choose a layout (classic, wide, three columns, one long stack, or a banner across the top), drag your sections where you want them, add boxes like a countdown, a quote or a link card, and see it as visitors will before you save.
Ask me and Now
Turn on Ask me and visitors can leave a question on your page; you answer the ones you like. The Now/Currently list says what you are playing, watching, reading or working on, and your page can show your local time.
Etiquette
House rules
- Be decent. Treat the people in the room the way you would across a table.
- Cameras are optional. Nobody has to show their face or speak. Typing is fine, and so is lurking.
- No harassment, hate or spam. That includes private messages and profile walls.
- Respect the room's owner and mods. Each room has someone looking after it, and they can time people out or remove them.
- Keep other people's stuff private. Do not share what someone told you, or their details, outside the room.
- Ignore is always there. If someone is not for you, Ignore them. They vanish from your side, quietly.
Your page
How profiles work
- Every member gets one. A picture, a headline, a bio, songs, photos and a wall for your friends.
- You choose who sees it. Share it with other members or keep it private. Private means private: nobody else sees even your name on the page.
- Make it yours. Pick the colours, fonts and layout from the Profile page.
- Email stays hidden. Your email address and when you were last on are never shown to other members.

FAQ
Is the video peer to peer?
Mostly. Cameras and mics travel straight between browsers whenever they can, so the server only passes the small handshake messages that let people find each other. If two people cannot reach each other directly (strict networks, mobile data), or a room hides everyone's IP address, the stream goes through a relay instead. Either way it is only passing through, not recorded.
How do I get a seat?
Press Claim a seat, make an account and open the link we email you. Once your email is confirmed you can enter the members' rooms, see other members and send messages.
Do I have to use a camera or mic?
No. Text chat works whether or not you turn anything on, and you can watch other people's cameras without sharing yours.
How do I report someone?
Tell the room's owner or a mod, they can time people out or remove them from the room. For anything serious, message a Jarl (a site admin) or email [email protected]. You can also Ignore anyone yourself at any point.
Can I hide my profile?
Yes. Turn off sharing on the Profile page and you will not appear in the members list or on the front page.
Are Polls finished?
Polls are new and still being finished, so they may change from one week to the next. Tell us what you would like to see.
